We are happy to offer free ground shipping for all orders! If you wish to receive your order faster, you'll have to option to pay an additional fee for expedited shipping at checkout.

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Free ground shipping normally takes 5-8 business days, while expedited shipping will take about 3-4 business days.

We currently only ship to addresses located within the United States. We are working to expand our network so that we can offer our products to countries around the world!

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to make things right. You may contact us anytime at info@heritagepress.co and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you contact us past 30 days of receiving your order, please understand that a return may not be possible.

If you are returning/exchanging an order due to a product defect, incorrect item, or other error, Heritage Press will bear the cost of the return/exchange. However, if you are returning/exchanging your order for any other reason, a return shipping fee of $5 will apply.

If the tracking information tells you that your order is delivered, but you cannot find it, please wait 2-3 business days as some carriers may prematurely mark the package as "Delivered". If you still haven't received your order, please contact us at info@heritagepress.co and we'll do everything we can to make things right!
